Confidentiality

The purchaser acknowledges that posting unnecessary information regarding St. George Pharmacy business on the internet is equally as detrimental as having their own private details posted on the internet and as such will refrain from doing so. Information which the purchaser undertakes not to post on any forum includes, but is not limited to, the country from which St. George Pharmacy ships orders, the a description of the style of packaging used by Rx Pharmacy World. 

 

Conflict Resolution

The purchaser undertakes to contact St. George Pharmacy as a first step in resolving any dissatisfaction or dispute. St. George Pharmacy undertakes to attend to and resolve such matters immediately upon receipt.

Return Policy

The purchaser acknowledges that for obvious reasons, St. George Pharmacy is unable to accept returned pharmaceuticals. Nor can they warrant or guarantee the effectiveness or suitability of any medication for the purchaser's medical condition. The purchaser accepts that what is depicted on the St. George Pharmacy website is what will be supplied and that this is the full extent of what is warranted by St. George Pharmacy.

Receipt of Orders

The purchaser acknowledges that receipt of orders is entirely at their own risk as St. George Pharmacy has no control whatsoever over the postal systems the order will transit through, and if not received for any reason whatsoever, will not be reshipped at the expense of St. George Pharmacy.

The purchaser accepts as proof of mailing, the email notification sent out by St. George Pharmacy after the package has been handed into the post office, and furthermore acknowledges their understanding and acceptance that no other proof of mailing is possible owing to the method of mailing warranted by the nature of goods.  You will be Emailed your tracking number, Priority and Express both come with Tracking.

We can ship any relevant generic item of that category, and not necessarily the same being shown on the pic

 

Refund Policy

The purchaser acknowledges that refunds are not possible once their order has been shipped and accepts that should for any reason they be dissatisfied with their purchase, this does not entitle them to a refund.

Declaration

By submitting an order, I hereby declare that I have read, understood and accepted, without exception, all of the terms and conditions of service as stipulated above and that furthermore:

The medication I am ordering has been prescribed by a licensed physician who has fully informed me of the risks, benefits, and possible side effects of the prescription medication I am requesting.

I am ordering the prescription medication solely for my own medical needs, and will not distribute the said medication to others.

I understand that in no way does St. George Pharmacy service, or any part thereof, replace that of my local healthcare provider, and that I will promptly contact my local physician for any necessary medical intervention should a complication or concern arise from the use of the supplied medicines.

I am permitted by the laws of my country to order and receive the medication I am ordering and that the sole purpose of ordering from an offshore supplier is for the cost saving benefits.

I warrant that I am the legal holder of the credit card which details I have supplied for the purpose of payment.

I realize that there are risks as well as benefits to any medication and have been informed of the possible effects by my local physician, in which respect I take full and complete responsibility.

By purchasing from St. George Pharmacy I agree to and accept that I take the full responsibility howsoever arising known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen for using these medications and that St. George Pharmacy assumes no liability of whatsoever nature no matter how arising for my use of the supplied products.
